Alternate as a drop in replacement for VK248 10Amp bridge rectifiers typically used on the rectifier board for most Bally Solid State Pinball machines between 1977 and mid 1980s. These rectifiers were used as part of the power transfer module in the back box in these machines.

VJ248 is no longer available and neither is VJ148... both have been end of life-ed by the manufacturer ( Varo Semiconductor ). Once this stock is exhausted; we are unlikely to see additional parts.

These are not spec-for-spec compatible... as the original VJ248 is a 200V / 10Amp rectifier bridge. These NOS parts are actually VJ148 which are still rated for 10Amps; but only are good up to 100V. This should not be a problem for any AS-2518-18 power supplies at the highest voltage being 49VAC (BR3) for the Solenoid Voltage. BR1 is 7.8VAC while BR2 is 12VAC - so these should work for all three rectifiers on the transformer assembly.
These fit the original bridge rectifier circuit board patterns without any changes or modification and have the original metal cap to attach to the heatsink built into the assembly. May have shelf wear given units age and legs may be tarnished. Should accept flux/solder without issue.
