Transparent Pop Bumper Cap for early solid state pinball machines. This product is a re-realized popcap using modern translucent materials. This redesign has the same critical features enabling it to mate with original or our new
translucent pop bodies; but, the obvious changes are as follows:
- It has the same facetted style as the original but has been frosted instead of painting the star point perimeter.
- It has the same 3-inch diameter face; but instead of an angle it has been laid flat to enable pinball modders to print directly to the substrate using a UV printer or to use water slide decals.
- A star burst pattern has been added to the underside of the top surface to enable a cooler interaction with the lamp.
- Material has been changed to Polycarbonate (lexan) to resist ball strikes and breakage.

Please Note: This product has not been evaluated to function with standard incandescent lamps. We do not warranty it to function with incandescent lamps. Please use LED lamps with this product to prevent burning or aging the pop caps. A warm white LED from Comet pinball would be the perfect substitute.
