Standard Flat Williams Drop Target in Frosted Clear poly-carbonate. Reference Bally, Williams part numbers:

These drop targets are functionally identical to the black/Red/Yellow drop targets; but are made out of a frosted poly-carbonate (lexan) so they can be back lit with LEDs for the ultimate lighting effect.
