Modify your Williams' Star Trek: The Next Generation with this unique Pop Bumper Cap set.
This kit/set features:
- A set of 3 caps as pictured featuring the Next Generation communication badge as seen on the crew's uniforms. These Caps are manufactured as follows:
- All Metal, Zinc Alloy construction.
- Highly polished raised "Silver" plate.
- Highly polished raised "Gold" plate for the insignia background.
- Heat cured Black enamel for the cap's background.
- Comes with two identical round caps and one "cut down" cap to fit under STNG's beta ramp.
- One set of Acrylic LaserCut UnderCaps. One Red, Yellow, and light Blue. Each Undercap has double sided Matte finish to diffuse the LED light.
- 3 qty Comet Pinball's 4SMD #555 low profile led matched to undercaps ordered
- 6 qty #4-40 x 1/2" countersunk Stainless Steel screws.

Installation Instructions
Example Installation (using modified BriteMods' BriteCap EVO LEDs [See Appendix A of the Instructions above]):
Options include:
- UnderCaps:
- Standard option: 1 Red, 1 Blue full Undercap and 1 yellow "Cut Cap"
- Substitution for All Red Matte UnderCaps.
- Substitution for All Purple Matte UnderCaps.
- Stock RYB UnderCaps w/ 2 additional Red Matte UnderCaps for those who want to experiment.
- Stock RYB UnderCaps w/ 3 additional Purple Matte UnderCaps for those who want to experiment.
- LEDs:
- No LEDs for those who might have these LEDs in their parts bin. optional
- 3qty 4-SMD Undercap Matched LEDs standard option - Pick one
- 1ea Red, Blue, Warm-White 4-SMD #555 LEDs Example Install

Effective 2/16/2025: We will no longer be offering undercaps with the EVO grove CNCed into them. EVO caps weren't a popular option; and is an extremely expensive processing step. All future order will be sent with Laser cut Undercaps only - no EVO grove. If the customer desires a EVO grove; they will have to dremel it into the part themselves.

WILL NOT work with standard height lamps. Low Profile LEDs are required.
